“HVC St Augustine's pool woes”
Hilton Vacation Club St Augustine is a nice fun property — spacious perfect rooms with good wifi, a lovely pool area when open, and responsive quick staff for extras and questions. Caveats though: the pool was under construction and its heater had broken before one arrival, a guest who paid for a golf-course view got scaffolding and no help, tubs were stained and dated, and kitchens lacked dish soap and detergent while the coffee maker confused.
