Holiday Inn Asheville East-Blue Ridge Pkwy by IHG is a clean comfortable always-inviting stay — spacious clean rooms with an anti-slip shower floor (the small basin splashes), a well-maintained property and grounds, a great in-hotel restaurant with good service and fair-looking pricing, a handy Biltmore-visit location, and friendly staff — a conciliatory manager moved guests from a loud parking-lot-facing room to a nicer higher one. Caveats though: the window AC ran loud at night — off meant cold — and crowded check-ins can mean the lot-facing side.
