“Schuman's mixed stay”
Clean and very near the metro, Holiday Inn Brussels - Schuman by IHG mostly earns recommendations: helpful available staff, a friendly chatty late-night receptionist full of advice, a lovely spacious clean room with extremely comfortable beds, a recommended breakfast and a pool table, all at an affordable rate. A severe dissent though: a first-night room arrived in junk condition — two-star level per the guest — and only changed after complaint for the second night.
