“Holiday Inn Times' value”
Holiday Inn Bucharest - Times by IHG is a clean friendly well-equipped hotel — a professional reception team (Mihaela praised for warmth), many nearby restaurants, a sauna, a comfortable room, and excellent restaurant service (Edward named). One guest found it more guesthouse than four-star though — few breakfast choices with flies around, a tiny desk, low ceiling beams and converted-residential corridors.
