“HI Lucknow Airport's transit stop”

Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport by IHG is a functional airport hotel five minutes' drive out — decent clean rooms, clean towels, courteous warm junior staff, and a handy transit setup. Rough edges though: front-office staff ran lost and confused with jinxed F&B coordination, daily cleaning needed more attention, one guest was denied a final GST-numbered bill, and a hotel event blasted loud music until three am which the duty manager refused to stop despite complaints — an eight-am flyer lost sleep.

Rooms: Decent rooms; thin cleaning once though.
Service: Warm juniors; a lost front office.
Location: Five minutes from the airport here.
Food: Coordination gaps surfaced between the service teams.
Noise: Three am event music once though.
Value: A handy transit stop for guests.
