“Galleria's holiday inn”
With a great mall right under it and a handy supermarket downstairs, Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria by IHG is a good-as-always regular favourite: friendly staff, a good clean room — this stay's tub finally hair-free with towels stocked — and an every-Philippines-trip booking habit. A serious complaint though: a very slow check-in, a 1pm arrival still queuing at three with no proactive update, and a truly dirty marked desk that undercut basic hygiene for that guest.
