With a rail station inside the building — Shibuya and Shinjuku twenty minutes by train and Haneda handy via the Rinkai line — ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo BAY is a very pleasant stay: a spacious well-equipped clean room with canal or sea views, friendly staff who soothed a late emergency arrival without guests getting wet, an excellent rich breakfast served in a book-ringed dining space, and excellent extra meals.
