“New Amman Hilton, reception needs warmth”
Hilton Amman is a modern 2022 property convenient to the sights — clean new-feeling rooms, a sauna and executive lounge, strict security that reassured a guest, and standouts like Yusra who tenderly looked after a sick mother. Warmth is uneven, though: one reservation's double bed became twins and a promised switch never happened; another guest called the front desk the most arrogant of the hotel; and breakfast is called weak — fine for coffee and bread only. One guest found it dear for the offering.
