“Hilton Batumi's view-side split”
Hilton Batumi is a well-located hotel with among the city's best sea-and-city views — quiet comfortable rooms, walkable sights, and excellent service for many. Caveats though: multiple severe reports describe rude unfriendly desk staff, a morning arrival pushed toward pricier rooms despite vacancies, a family suite delivered without kids' beds until repeated arguments, paid underground parking, repeated requests for a cot and missing towels, an awkward check-in stare, and festival music audible until one in the morning.
