Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews

“Hilton Darwin's well-trained crew”

Hilton Darwin is an excellently-located CBD hotel — clean hospitable spaces, a huge supermarket and restaurants within walking distance, high-standard food, wonderful coffee, and staff whose consistent acknowledgments suggest great training. Caveats though: service ran slow at times, the mattress read too hard with flat musty pillows, one guest judged it too basic for the brand, and a severe report describes an air conditioner roaring over fifty decibels all night.

Rooms: Clean rooms; a hard mattress though.
Service: Well trained staff; a slow stretch though.
Location: In the CBD by shops here.
Food: High standard food; great coffee for guests.
Facilities: Nice amenities for the guests here.
Value: Good; basic for the brand though.
Noise: A roaring air conditioner once overnight.
