“Baku Hilton warmth above the city”
Hilton Baku is a well-maintained 2011 tower where staff warmth outshines the brand's usual — manager Said happily arranged early check-in, a late checkout and a higher-category room for one guest, and high-floor suites bring sea-and-city views guests delight in. The breakfast is magnificent, the lounge area pleasant, the rooftop bar beautiful and the gym's view amazing. One honest note: the spa was closed for an entire December stretch, disappointing a spa-going guest. Everything else draws 1000-out-of-100 enthusiasm.
