“DoubleTree Hannover's station perch”

DoubleTree by Hilton Hannover Schweizerhof is a very nice clean hotel near the Hauptbahnhof — spacious comfortable rooms with toiletries and coffee-tea kits, a good fresh breakfast, station eateries and supermarkets close, bilingual friendly staff, and a free family-room upgrade on a twin-bed request. Caveats though: one upper-level room required carrying luggage up stairs with no ramp, and a booking platform's renovated-bathroom photos did not match reality.
