“Moda's doubletree stay”
On the best Asian-side location with the best view, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Moda is a wonderful surely-return stay for many: cozy very clean rooms, nice kind helpful workers, a delicious great breakfast — breads and pastries praised — really good wifi, a gym and room service that filled a rainy day. A serious complaint though: aging facilities with poor sound insulation, a neighbour's phone and music audible at midnight, a poor-attitude desk staffer and a four-hundred-plus unexplained 4am charge still unanswered at checkout per that guest.
