“High Field's village warmth”

The High Field Town House is a super well-located stay near Edgbaston's tram — great-size clean tidy rooms, plentiful tea and coffee with fresh milk and waters from a lounge fridge, free onsite parking, a lovely pub breakfast next door, and friendly very helpful staff; an owner personally stored one family's bags in her office all day. Caveats though: some bathroom paint was peeling.
