“Edinburgh's stewart aparthotel”

Close to everything between old and new town, Stewart by Heeton Concept – Aparthotel Edinburgh is a mixed self-check-in stay: a clean spacious family room with pantry, easy check-in and checkout, an amazing view, good service from named staff who swapped a broken-appliance room and a Waverley twenty-minute walk. Dissents though: a severe hot-cold mixer failure leaving scalding water unrepaired from Saturday to a Tuesday checkout with no night desk, a missing access-code email causing check-in panic, a downstairs bar waking a guest twice — once at midnight birthday noise — and generally average upkeep.
