“Aldgate apartment ease”
Apartment-style rooms with easy-to-use kitchen and bathroom define Wilde Aparthotels, London, Aldgate Tower Bridge: clean excellent digs close to the subway, moderate sizes at fair value, friendly staff who granted an 11am early check-in and a free birthday upgrade, and a breakfast with plenty of choice. Two location notes: the approach through Whitechapel felt messy with strong smells to one guest, another judged the surrounding area run-down and only middling on safety, and kitchens run tiny as aparthotels do.
