“Clerkenwell's quirky stay”
A stylish small Georgian building on a peaceful square, The Zetter Clerkenwell is a wonderful quirky full-of-personality stay: lovely common areas, helpful so-friendly staff, a clean room with an amazing bathtub, excellent breakfast and cocktails plus little extras like homemade shortbread, robes and postcards. Cautions though: one first room's AC failed in a heatwave — a downgrade solved it — the front desk operates from the sister property opposite, and a late ten-pm check-in met a dismissive clerk who only mentioned closures , the guest learned of amenities days later.
