Mollie's Manchester is a first-class quality stay — a beautiful new Hoxton-reminiscent hotel worth years of waiting, simple-but-beautiful clean quiet rooms with a really comfy bed, a good-pressure shower, great fixtures and TV, loads of coffee and tea options, Dyson hairdryer and straightener, floor water dispensers with hot and iced water, a tasty downstairs restaurant with afternoon tea, a first-floor bar, and an outstanding service team; good value for the location. Caveats though: the sink sits outside the bathroom, there is no in-room fridge, hot water for drinks means a corridor trip, and a silver-anniversary couple would have liked an upgrade.
