“Nai Harn service warmth”
Top-notch service, excellent food and a lovely location headline Sunsuri Phuket, Nai Harn Beach, where an amazing room and nice helpful staff won recommendations. Wear shows though: one guest found sheets and pillows yellowed, pool-side fittings broken, lift corridors shabby and gym equipment awaiting repair, and felt the hardware fell short of five-star even as staff warmth deserved praise. The same guest was disappointed the buffet breakfast had quietly switched to a semi-buffet format without notice.
