Home2 Suites by Hilton Charleston Daniel Island is a very clean quiet hotel walking distance to local venues — spacious comfortable rooms with kitchens and separate living space, an enjoyable pool, an easy varied breakfast, and outstanding accommodating staff who helped area newcomers. Caveats though: two consecutive stays had inoperable window shades (a sheet was draped to block the intersection lights), and one king reservation arrived as two queens — though no rate difference applied.
