Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff is a clean new stay — a nice property with a big room, a small garden, lobby games, an amazing breakfast whose potatoes earn specific praise, easy parking reached by turning in behind, a pet-friendly crowd, and full marks from one guest for facilities, cleanliness, environment and service. Caveats though: beds and pillows were too soft for one guest; the breakfast was not kept stocked through the service and struck others as middling; there is a parking charge for guests and even visitors; and one room had no do-not-disturb sign, leaving a guest woken by a knock before nine.
