“GR Airport's Uber”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport is a very clean friendly stay — helpful staff at check-in and with an early-departure plan, a kind desk clerk who installed and taught the Uber app to a guest from a small Montana town, clean well-maintained facilities, a multiple-option wonderful breakfast, a comfortable bed, and a nice pool. Caveats though: one afternoon worker declined to fetch pool towels mid-match, a check-in agent was unfriendly and skipped the breakfast times, and late checkout is charged — with a report of someone billed for an extra night they never booked.
