“Home2 Hagerstown's happy staff”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Hagerstown is a very clean quiet hotel — spacious nicely-decorated rooms with mini kitchens, a clean well-stocked breakfast, friendly accommodating staff (judged happier than sister properties), kid-fitting family rooms, and calm handling of a small fire-alarm incident. Two suggestions surfaced: bathroom ventilation fans are missing and heavy bathroom doors lack proper handles; breakfast quantity once lagged the crowd.
