“Home2 Las Cruces' clean suites”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces is a very clean hotel with fabulous rooms and friendly courteous staff — a well-stocked kitchenette, a good breakfast (cold eggs and sausage once), a friendly check-in and a text from Gabriel checking on the stay. Flagged though: a cracked handheld showerhead sprayed an accessible bathroom floor dangerously slippery, coffee was not the promised 24/7, a seventy-five-dollar dog fee felt excessive, loud midnight arguments twice, and one guest hit a no-live-agent wall trying to cancel after a family injury.
