“Home2 Memphis Downtown's warnings”

Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Downtown is a new-feeling well-run hotel walking distance to Beale Street — spacious rooms and an indoor pool. Caveats though: a severe report alleges bed bugs with bites and dismissed concerns (the guest discarded luggage), a second describes midnight fire alarms sounding twice for three hours with no staff explanation, a third found no cleaning, no towels, and an under-equipped kitchenette despite two requests, plus a pictured jacuzzi that does not exist, dear daily parking, and a room still unavailable past six.

Rooms: New rooms; serious complaints in some stays though.
Service: Well run for some; pans though.
Location: Walkable to Beale Street here for guests.
Food: An okay breakfast; processed for one.
Facilities: An indoor pool; no jacuzzi though.
Value: Dear parking; several pans in some stays though.
Cleanliness: Bug and cleaning reports in some stays though.
