“Home2 Eagan's friendly crew”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Eagan Minneapolis is a hotel with really good staff — spacious family-perfect rooms, an on-time shuttle with friendly drivers, trainee Jake already wonderful, and desk patience that fixed a wrong-week booking. Caveats though: a third-party king booking arrived as a queen, eight-a-m hallway vacuuming woke one family, one elevator worked, and a severe note describes a dingy room with a trickling showerhead, a foul sink disposal, and a sticky floor — below Home2 standard.
