“Budget-friendly stay with a bad-visit risk”
HOME2 Suites BY Hilton Beijing Shunyi splits its reviewers. Most praise the environment, friendly named front-desk staff, tidy odor-free rooms, a very comfortable big bed, a rich breakfast and convenient transport. However, one detailed review reports a genuinely poor stay: one of two lifts out of order with long waits, breakfast closing twenty minutes before the posted time, housekeeping that skipped water, rubbish and towels, knocked over a suitcase, lukewarm shower water and a lingering room smell — a service breakdown worth noting against the generally positive picture.
