“Home2 Seattle Airport's split”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport is a good superb-service stay for many — happy guests, a manager named Nicole who moved a family to a higher floor, and an extra hand-soap save when shower gel ran low on a holiday. Caveats though: a severe report warns the advertised airport shuttle was suspended since October — they extended a van rental to self-drive; desk agent Bryan was unhelpful and impolite at a room-change request; the smaller swap had leftovers; and the pool was called not toddler-friendly and not clean-looking.
