“Home2 Kitchener's apartment feel”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Kitchener is a spacious new conveniently-located hotel — apartment-feeling rooms with comfy beds and glass stand-up showers, family-suited layouts, larger-size toiletries, a decent breakfast, fair pricing, and friendly staff (Kirandeep enabled a very early check-in). Two severe dissents though: one cited an agitated rude receptionist and strange bathroom hairs, and another reported large spiders, swept-not-vacuumed corners and a manager's hissy fit over a desk-approved late checkout; a power blip was handled well once.
