Caveats though: severe reports cite the pool closed for remodeling — disclosed only after booking, with one rude desk shrugging it off; a rather-dirty feel — carpet stains, a toilet not fully fixed to the floor, dusty scuffed baseboards; and a disabled guest's vested service dog was challenged twice at breakfast with the policy waved in her face.
