“Hampton Cartersville's reno”
Hampton Inn Cartersville is a very quiet stay with quite good surrounding facilities. Caveats though: severe reports dominated — a renovation left many areas a mess with the elevator out of service, undisclosed at reservation with no discount or points for loyal members; an old poor-condition room and an uncomfortable bed felt overcharged for the disruption — they should have offered money back. Management apologizes and reports the renovation complete, inviting a refreshed second try.
