“Hampton Cultural Square's smart rooms”
Hampton by Hilton Changchun Cultural Square is a clean tech-forward hotel opposite the square — smart-home rooms, a varied breakfast in a big bright restaurant, early check-in granted, and excellent desk staff (Xiao Kang and Xiao Ji praised). One severe dissent though: a dusty unfinished-looking forecourt, an upgrade to a dark room whose window faced a wall, a robot key delivery that never came, a wrong-floor room card, no apology, and the view side facing an ugly roof; another flagged a dining desert requiring a long walk.
