“Hampton Plano-East's welcome”
Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Plano-East is a clean new-feeling repeat-pick hotel — spacious rooms, a delicious well-stocked breakfast varying daily with weekend service until ten and noon checkout, a nice pool area, and amazing welcoming staff (Don and Paisley went above and beyond). Caveats though: management apologized for a security-situation mistake lacking urgency, beds and pillows ran uncomfortable once, the thermostat felt complicated, and some rooms need cosmetic upgrades.
