“Hayward's hampton inn”
Easy to spot by its big logo, Hampton Inn Oakland/Hayward is a lovely value-for-money stay for many: a very clean okay room, excellent approachable helpful staff who shared travel ideas, an amazing breakfast for some — waffles at least for another — card-entry night security, a gym, easy parking and decent surroundings. Dissents though: a dog attack by a guest-family's pet, a manager-and-staff standards pan where an early checkout and deposit return were refused amid commotion and a so-so breakfast verdict.
