“Hampton Kiel's cleaning lapses”
Hampton by Hilton Kiel is a very clean hotel so near the city centre that walking everywhere is easy, with a good location and well-liked breakfast. Caveats though: housekeeping fell short for several guests — one room was untouched on an evening return, another went six days with no cleaning or sheet change beyond towel swaps and trash, and a holiday crowd left the breakfast buffet understaffed and poorly stocked.
