“Porter Ranch stay”
A new hotel in a safe area — shops and restaurants walkable, freeways easy, Universal reachable and Sequoia road-trippers using it southbound — Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Porter Ranch Los Angeles draws loved-it stays: very nice clean well-maintained rooms, friendly helpful staff and a recommend for location and safety. Two serious service reports though: a three-night stay got no bed-making, towel refresh or trash emptying at all, with the breakfast area even out of teabags, and another guest was woken near midnight by a next-door blasting TV, slamming doors and loud talk that persisted despite three front-desk calls.
