“Hampton Conway's friendly stop”
Hampton Inn & Suites Conway is a very clean repeat-visit stopover — clean comfortable quiet rooms, a superb breakfast for most, a working gym and laundry, and exceptionally friendly staff: the GM paused a team barbecue to welcome arrivals and a receptionist walked a family through the amenities. Several maintenance notes though: hot humid hallways, a gross juice machine and a toaster that only warmed, a cloudy unheated pool, a dead fridge, an unworkable TV no one offered to fix, and a breakfast service where food sat cool with both coffee urns empty for fifteen minutes.
