“Hampton Kent's clean stay”

Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Kent is a clean big-room hotel in a great spot — good WiFi, an amazing breakfast, a clean relaxing quiet pool and hot tub, super friendly helpful staff, and card-secured access. Caveats though: laundry ran fifteen dollars a load since the dryer underperformed, construction noise ruined most of one guest's nights with no better room to swap into, and one platform dispute cost a guest dearly (they blamed the app, not the hotel).

Rooms: Clean, big rooms for the guests.
Service: Super friendly staff for the guests.
Location: A great Kent location for guests.
Food: An amazing breakfast for the guests.
Facilities: A clean pool; a weak dryer though.
Noise: Construction noise for one guest though.
Value: Great for the guests staying here.
