“Hampton Tijuana Otay's solid basics”

Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana Otay is a clean, convenient airport-adjacent hotel — a nice hot breakfast buffet with super friendly restaurant workers (Patricio stands out), a great post-midnight check-in, a walkable taco spot, warm luggage help, and a free reservable airport shuttle; guests got exactly what they expected. Three complaints: the AC died while elevators stopped — a five-floor stair climb; parking is quite expensive; and a zero-cancellation policy plus cold desk staff lost one guest, alongside tiny old laundry machines.

Rooms: Clean, decent-space rooms; the AC died once.
Service: Friendly staff; a rigid no-cancel policy upset.
Location: Near the airport with tacos walkable.
Food: A nice hot breakfast buffet daily.
Facilities: Dead elevators and tiny laundry machines once.
Value: Exactly as expected; parking costs extra though.
