Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Hyatt Addis Ababa's top pick”
Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa is Addis Ababa's best downtown hotel per guests — new well-kept facilities, very good rooms (smallish for one), a rich breakfast, an enthusiastic team, and a good-value location popular with Chinese travelers. One severe stay though: a platform promo rate clearly including breakfast saw the desk argue it didn't, and an already-prepaid card was frozen a second time when staff couldn't see the payment — training gaps noted. Another guest flagged key cards breaking twice and steep hotel dining markups.
