“Amman's grand hyatt”
Guests rate Grand Hyatt Amman an excellent highly-recommended stay: great cleanliness, truly five-star service for many, kind stand-out staff — one named for a great personality and a good one-night fit. A dissent though: expected better at five stars no hot water in the shower and a damaged hose that wouldn't stay put, though the bath ran hot, per that guest.
