Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Hyatt Belgrade's aging icon”
Hyatt Regency Belgrade is an old-name five-star — spacious if dated rooms kept clean, a very good breakfast, a comprehensive gym and a don't-miss sauna, rapid room service, and a business-district location nearer the airport than the lively old town. Two serious dissents though: one guest reported gala-night staff ignoring their arrival and floor staff noticeably colder toward Asian guests; another was stranded when a cancellation left no refund and no alternative offered, unresolved despite repeated contact. Laundry runs high.
