“Grand Hyatt Berlin's spacious reliability”
Grand Hyatt Berlin is a top hotel in a great location — super clean spacious rooms, a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool whose view beats the Ritz's, a big supermarket seven minutes away, and polite staff with standout touches like Jens at the entrance filling water bottles for walks. Notes: a few staff members did not offer appropriate help, room-water issue is limited, the pool's no-phone rule is signed too subtly, and one guest rates service slightly below five-star.
