Two severe complaints: a room smelled vaguely moldy — unwashed vent filters suspected — with no ventilation and an unresponsive butler, harming sleep; and poor hygiene — problematic bedding left a guest itchy with red spots the next day (allergy-prone beware), met with a perfunctory desk; another mocked a showy foreign GM while staff fawned, paper-thin walls carried a neighbor's film all night, and the offered fix was earplugs.
