“Caption's rooftop perch”
Caption By Hyatt Chattanooga Downtown is a fantastic best-place stay — a beautifully-designed hotel with a lovely atmosphere, clean comfortable well-maintained rooms with a larger bathroom and shower area, a great rooftop bar and pool with an exceptional snack selection, a ground-floor restaurant and bar with a fine choice, well-working AC, extraordinary valet parking, and truly helpful personable friendly staff — one guest extended the stay for the enjoyment. Caveats though: the room ran a little small, the fifth floor needed more staffing during a business meeting with unmaintained bathrooms, and one front-desk agent seemed annoyed — everyone else was pleasant.
