“Corporate-chic Gurgaon, room glitches”
Grand Hyatt Gurgaon blends sophistication and efficiency for corporate and lifestyle stays — a clean modern property with a beautiful infinity pool, recommended lounge access, and a superb breakfast spread with live egg stations. Staff are fantastic: Prerna and Biju were excellent, Neel shone in the restaurant, and a thoughtful late checkout was offered proactively. The hardware stumbles: one room would not cool and another had a leaking ceiling; the location suits business better than holiday travelers.
