Thompson Dallas by Hyatt is a really cool modern hotel — excellent clean rooms, loved coffee, shower and bedding, beautiful views, many onsite dining options, great amenities, a convenient area, and helpful friendly careful staff. Two honest notes: there is no store for water, snacks or medicine, and one guest's requested corner room became a larger but worse-viewed upgrade — with no iron and a useless steamer.
