“Hyatt Place Jordan Creek's mixed stay”

Hyatt Place West des Moines/Jordan Creek is a usually-loved super clean hotel in a quick-access spot — comfortable beds, a decent breakfast (potatoes, fruit, eggs, sausage), and repeat shopping-trip loyalists. Severe caveats though: weak AC that held a room at seventy, a perpetually-empty desk, one disaster room with broken blinds, remote, lock and sunken mattress, another with soaked carpet and bedding met by a snapping clerk, an undisclosed early-departure charge, sandpaper tissues, half-cleaned toilets and dirty windows.

Rooms: Comfy mostly; two disaster rooms though.
Service: Hit or miss; an empty desk noted.
Location: Quick access to everything nearby for guests.
Food: A decent breakfast for the guests.
Cleanliness: Clean mostly; soaked bedding once though.
Value: Loved usually; a few severe pans though.
