“Grand Rapids' Emma”
Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown is a great stay for performance trips — close to everything with an easy walk to Van Andel Arena and DeVos Performance Hall, nice amazing kind helpful staff, clean quiet rooms, and a nice breakfast. Emma H upgraded a guest to a wonderful corner room when the booked type was unavailable. Caveats though: the shower ran at very low pressure, and the parking is confusing — staff could not explain it and a nightly fee applies.
