Right by University MTR station beside the Cheng Yu Tung building — convenient for conferences — Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin draws nice-stay verdicts: clean tidy rooms, excellent facilities, warm good-attitude service, a beautiful environment, a pretty pool and a room upgrade. Serious complaints though: one guest woke with legs covered in suspected bedbug bites plus blackened carpets, and another lists old wooden decor, a pool key that failed three times, a merely-average desk, airplane-loud AC, unannounced construction and a stingy late-morning checkout.
